SHIPPING & REFUNDS

We aim to have your deliveries shipped on the same day if ordered before 2pm, if not all deliveries after this time will be carried over to the next day.

Our delivery time is 3 to 5 business working days and can be longer if the weekend is included.

​

You will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery.

​

All local deliveries will be tracked using our local delivery company being Royal Mail.

​

We have a flat rate of £6.50 per order which could increase or change, this fee will show in your basket as a shipping fee.

Free shipping on all orders over £80.00

Deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If this occurs, due to all orders being tracked, you should be contacted by the courier.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE, ALL SOUTHEAST TUNERZ PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE ARE FOR UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS ONLY. ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS RECEIVED WILL BE CANCELLED AND FULLY REFUNDED.

If you have not received your item or you are unhappy in any way with the item you have purchased, please contact us straight away at info@southeasttunerz.co.uk and you will receive a reply within 48hrs.

If you wish to return your item/items, please ensure that your item is returned in a good and resalable condition and none of the items have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged in anyway, we can replace or refund the damaged item/items. Please provide photographic proof along with your order number, AND THIS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Refunds for damaged goods are at the company’s discretion.

If you are returning your order, you are responsible for your own shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

​

Any items that are returned and appear to be opened or used will be disposed of and NO REFUND will be issued.

​

All refunds issued can take up to 3 to 5 working days.
